Jeanne Marie has three poems in the new fall issue of Allium, a Journal of Poetry and Prose, a multi-genre print and online journal published by Columbia College Chicago’s English & Creative Writing Department.
The poems are titled “About the Fourth Ghost",” “To the Halls of Wherever, and the Ghosts Who Haunt Them,” and “The Palace at 4 a.m.,” and can be read in Alium online.
On February 25, 2023, Jeanne Marie’s poem “Afterlife with Father” was the featured poem on Verse Daily.
Jeanne Marie’s poem “Hotel Grimm,” translated into Spanish by Alberto Gamón, appears in the new illustrated bilingual anthology of fairytale poems, Érase un Verso, edited by Lawrence Schimel and published by Nórdica Libros (Madrid).
On December 13 2021, Jeanne Marie’s poem “Self as Last Call” (Manhattan Review, Vol. 20) was the featured poem on the website Verse Daily.

Jeanne Marie collaborated with artist Judy Levine to create a broadside titled “Memorykeeper” for Art in Common Places, a program in Sarasota, FL that installs art in public places so people can encounter it in their daily lives. Visual artists work with poets to create original works that are printed on posters and postcards and placed throughout the community. Read more about the program here.
